FAQ
Who will take these photos?
Mahala has a team of photographers she works with across the country who will take high quality images for branding package 2 & 3. If you want a certain photographer an additional payment will be required to cover their cost.
How does payment work?
Branding package 1 requires a FULL deposit. You will send your payment as soon as you send your product. With Branding package 2 & 3 you will send 50% of the deposit when you send your product, and pay the remainder balance (50%) after Mahala sends the dropbox file. Mahala will start uploading the night of OR the following day the remainder balance is paid.
When will we get our photos?
Turn around time on each product will be 2 weeks after the products are received.
